Coverage Option 2

This coverage starts at the location of the ceremony. We will capture the arrival of the groom and attendants, the waiting crowd and the atmosphere of anticipation prior to the bride’s arrival. Her arrival followed by the bridesmaids and of course the shots of the groom waiting nervously are very important.

The ceremony, regardless of religion, needs to be captured with quiet professionalism. Images of the ceremony need to be obtained so as to record such an important occasion but need to be captured in such a way that at no point in time do your family and friends even notice us or hear our cameras. We will photograph during the ceremony without flash where possible, with cameras that are almost silent and with absolute discretion.

Once outside the church or when the ceremony is over, it is time to be congratulated, time to duck the rose petals, rice, or sometimes the confetti. It is an ideal opportunity for us to get those pictures of the relief on your faces and the excitement of family and friends as the kisses and hugs flow. We do not intrude but observe and record.

After a few family groups it’s off to the location of your choice with just the bridal party. It could be a park, the beach or an old family home, anywhere you feel relaxed, and that is in keeping with the theme of your wedding. It is time to relax, enjoy champagne and have photographs taken that are natural and fun. Unlike most photographers, we like to take the majority of your photographs unposed and candid.

The time after the church and before the reception is for you to relax and have some private time with your bridal party whilst we capture a few special images of the couple and attendants.

Upon our return to the reception, we will take a series of photographs prior to you being seated for your meal. We can take some photographs of you and your special
guests prior to a set-up shot of you cutting the cake which completes coverage option 2.

Average time on day 4 hours with 2 photographers (includes creative planning and photography time for photographer on the day) Provision of all images in full resolution on CD for your personal use (excluding commercial use)

Bolt-ons for Options 1 & 2
If you would like us to cover the “Getting ready” at either the bride and groom’s homes, please allow additional budget in addition to cover our creative time.
