This service provides a large screen slideshow of photographic images and other relavent information in the venue that is constantly updated with new material captured by our photographers at the event only a few minutes before hand.

At the Start

A custom slideshow can be created to start the event containing preshot images and messages. We can build this for the organiser or we can run one that has been provided to us.

Photogrophers at the event

Our photographers will shoot in a fun and journalistic way though out the event. They will mingle with the guests and capture portraits, group shots and people generally having a good time. They will also shoot key events as they happen that are important to the host such as a key speech, sporting event or 'surprise for the main guests'

Live updating of the slides

Within minutes of the picture being taken we can project them on large screens around the venue. As the event unfolds the dedicated editing team will manage the images to keep the slideshow fresh and exciting.

Custom messages from the organiser

At pre agreed points in the event we can display specific slides on the screens such as a corporate message, 'Dinner is served' or the latest scores from sporting events.

Photographic Prints

We also have a photographic printing station that allows guests to have any picture printed at the event. These prints can have a message or logo burnt into them to remind the guest of the occasion. The prints are mounted on card and wrapped in protective plastic wrapper to protect them on their journey home.
